What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. All major credit and debit cards and PayPal are accepted; Enterprise plans can pay by bank transfer. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrading from Free to Field Starter is a single checkout; moving to Intelligence Pro means creating a team workspace and subscribing it per member. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes, Humint offers a 50% discount for verified non-profit organizations on all paid plans. Contact the team at humint.pro/contact to request the non-profit discount.
How do credits work?
Credits meter what you use, so collections are never capped. One credit covers about 1,000 words of AI processing, and uploading a document costs 5 credits. Free includes 100 credits a month, Field Starter 5,000, and Intelligence Pro 50,000 per member.
Security and data
Where is my data hosted?
In France, with Scaleway. Your documents, notes and reports stay on French territory.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes, at rest and in transit.
Does the AI model see my documents?
Processing runs on Mistral, hosted on our own Scaleway infrastructure. Your documents are never sent to a third-party AI service and are never used to train a model.
Who can access my data at Humint?
Technical access is restricted to the engineering team, under the responsibility of the CTO, and only when an intervention requires it.
Can I get my data back and leave?
Yes. You can export all of your collections, documents and reports at any time.
